Terms and Conditions

To order goods and/or services from Dragonfly Dreams you must agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Please contact us if you have any queries at sales@dragonflydreamsonline.co.uk

General

Dragonfly Dreams reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions and website at any time. Due to the differences in computer displays and graphics cards the Jewellery may vary in colour from the images displayed. Furthermore it may vary in size from the images displayed (please check the item detail for true size). All items are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

Orders

  • Payments are accepted through Paypal (you do not have to have a paypal account for this).
  • Payment details are held on a secure server and are fully encrypted. None of the payment details are passed to Dragonfly Dreams.
  • Paypal accepts a wide variety of payment methods including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Switch, Delta ...)
  • If you select items and pay through paypal, we consider this an order with Dragonfly Dreams. We will make every effort to fulfill your order but if there is a possibility of a delay we reserve the right to cancel the order and return your funds.
  • Dragonfly Dreams also accept cheques, if you wish to use this method of payment please contact us for details :- sales@dragonflydreamsonline.co.uk
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time if the payment or delivery details are not correct, or payment is refused.
  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
  • Prices are in (GBP) Great Britain Pounds Sterling.
  • Pricing errors will be corrected as soon as possible, we reserve the right to cancel an order if such a problem has occurred.
  • VAT is not applicable to Dragonfly Dreams Products currently.

Delivery

  • We aim to send your order as soon as we can and as securely as possible. If an item is in stock it can be dispatched within 1-3 working days. However, because our jewellery is individually handmade, delivery could take up to a week on some orders or up to four weeks for specially commissioned items.
  • Items will only be dispatched once payment has been approved.
  • If you want to check on delivery dates or if an order seems overdue please contact sales@dragonflydreamsonline.co.uk
  • Delivery within the UK will be sent by Royal Mail for £3.95 - Please note a signature is required when the items are delivered.
  • We can deliver outside the UK, please contact sales@dragonflydreamsonline.co.uk to get a quote for delivery costs.

Returns

  • You may return any item within 7 working days of receipt of the item for a refund (as per the UK regulations). For hygiene reasons earrings are not accepted unless faulty.
  • Please send an email to refunds@dragonflydreamsonline.co.uk, stating the reason for the return, to obtain a return number prior to returning any item.
  • All returned items must be in perfect condition in the original box and packaging.
  • Dragonfly Dreams is unable to refund delivery costs for returned items unless they are faulty or incorrectly dispatched. In addition, sales taxes or duties payable outside the UK may not be refundable.
  • Please pack the item carefully and ensure the returns number and returns address are written clearly on the outside of the package.
  • Customers are responsible for the return of unwanted or faulty items. We recommend they are returned using a service which requires a signature - for example Royal Mail Special Delivery.
  • If an incorrect or damaged item is received please notify us within one day of receipt to allow us to resolve any issues as soon as possible and inform the delivery company.
  • An item must he returned to us within 30 days of receipt of delivery. If we receive the item after this period we may charge a restocking and administration fee.

Privacy

Dragonfly Dreams hold your information purely for the fulfillment of orders and creation of a personalised service. We do not disclose personal data to any third parties. We do not hold any payment card information.
